Hey yβall! I decided that this go-round I was going to track my macros. It helped me greatly in the past when I was doing a keto diet (back before I had children). Iβm using My Fitness Pal for the first time and Iβm confused by something. They added my calories burned back into the calories that I should eat for the day? Never saw that before.. Iβm not super focused on the calories but it was just something I noticed.
This is my afternoon snack... is this good or this is to much? Want to make sure I ain't pushing my limits π€

The scale is not moving in my favor however my clothes are getting more baggy each month β€οΈ
Day 4 done! I've been adding a 30 min walk after because I got myself to 1hr/weekday before the challenge.
