Late post: This was my first QW workout in a couple months. I fell off due to personal issues distracting me but this month of October I committed to getting back. I’ve been getting my daily walks in on the treadmill and finally today a QW workout. It felt so good! I forgot how much I needed this love, support and encouragement that this community gives. Time to lock in and focus on what I want and need again.

Hi Queens just saw this post tonight 🀭. I am always hiding 🫣 from the public not because of my weight but from once upon a time experiencing my ex husbands fans stalking us he was a heavy metal drummer in the 1990s -2000s. Fans would be everywhere we went and this was before social media. Then after my divorce I photographed 6 books for a famous crafter who also had stalkers. Guess, I am done hiding from the public now with Queen Warriors.

I am proud that I went through menopause without medication and managed to look the way I wanted to again all thanks to QWtv. Thank you over and over Fabiana, coaches and Queens because you really make this community amazing even if I don’t know you personally I know you through our posts and when we do the lives or challenges. β™₯️

This week I haven’t been around, my Mom hasn’t been well and yesterday I took her to the ER and they admitted her. Am staying in the hospital with her and prior to that was staying at her house until midnight trying to help her.

She lives with chronic pain and deals with high blood pressure. I believe her life style has been the cause but she’s almost 80 and never listened to my advice, now here we are.

Take care Queens what we eat and how we treat our bodies will catch up with us in life.

I will get back to working out as soon as I am home again. I am getting a lot of steps in walking all over the hospital and am eating somewhat healthy when I can because hospital cafeteria food isn’t that great but they have soups.

Just canceled the other super expensive membership I had for a while.Β  I liked all the options it provided but I couldn't bring myself to paying to crazy yearly fee.Β  I'm back to focusing on using Queen Warriors and I appreciate how real the leaders are as well as the followers that show up.Β 

I'm looking forward to connecting with other amazing Warriors here!Β

Hey Queens! If your looking for a high protein snack this yougurt is great! I usually top it off with bananas, strawberries, blueberries, peanut butter, granola, roasted pecans, drizzle honey such an amazing sweet tooth snack!

Good morning Queens!! Who says you have to exhaust yourself to get it done! Pilates with Bella…10lb hand weights and a one band! And my body feels alive and my spirit grateful! Singing (Keep on moving…Keep on moving don’t stop nowww!! Ayyyyy!
