Happy Thursday! I forgot to post my workout yesterday with Coach Jamila. Today I did the Mash Up Coach Jamila Fabiana. I miss Mash Up workouts. So much fun.

Bottom day 1 of my body recomp journey.
When I tell you I am so greatful and bless to have found queen warriors and be apart of such an amazingly uplifting community.
God is good and he knew I needed a strong community to rebuild my mind, body, and soul.
Some days were a struggle but I did it and I am so proud of myself for never giving up.
Ladies you can you anything. Always make time for you. I love you queen warriors. I cant wait to share my future win on my journey π₯°π«Άπͺ

Coaches and QW Customer Support help this sister out PLEASE . These push ups ( that I HATE), when I do them, I occasionally have left clavicle pain. I know that is NOT right. I do Modified version because I am not yet able to tolerate my full body weight and I also dont make it as low for the same reason. Any form advice or tips?
Uh Oh I think my booty growing π. Happy Tuesday Queens!!! Consistency helps. I was able to get through most of the workouts without given in so quickly. I look forward to more progress and growth.
