Hi ladies. I haven’t opened this app in several months and I’m a bit ashamed to say that. However I’m here now present and ready to give this another shot. Really thinking about doing the 4 week challenge coming up!

Yall!!! My 4 year old son was coloring and doing letters and saying something and when I realized what he was saying, I had to record it!!!! It shows not only how impactful this community has been but how they truly pick up everything!!! LOL!!!

Completed yesterdays replay while on my first solo vacation in aruba!!!! Feeling really great!!! Staying focused!!!

Ok so I’ve got my mental stuff in check then I start working on my dream got licensed after many attempts and pit stops then I started working on my place of living… I just moved and am currently organizing it all so it can feel like my home. Now through all that I tried to be healthy and I did work out but to be honest in stressful situations I resorted back to comfort food. So now I want to focus on my body. Because of this peri-menopause the weight isn’t shedding like before and it gets frustrating I’m 40 and want to feel sexy again something I haven’t felt in a long while. So here goes nothing! I’m the one in the green top this is the most recent full body photo I have at the moment
