So I had a question about the 24 hr belly detox do we have to do everything on it. What if I just do the water with pink Himalayan salt an lime juice itself the half gallon but what if I just drink 2 gallons instead? I saw all these remarkable results I just cannot wait til I achieve all my weight goals.

Hello Queens! Iβve made it 2months postpartum π₯³ and while participating in the LYC Summer Challenge one of my biggest concerns was, βis fasting going to affect my milk production?β And let me tell you Queens, being on a clean/healthy diet while doing a 12 hr fast might have increased my milk production! Iβm currently feeding newborn on demand and was pumping 90-120mL 3x a day. After this week on the program Iβm now pumping 150-180mL 3x a day. Itβs insane how much of a difference eating healthy and nutrient dense foods can change your body.
So any new mommies who are apprehensive of taking on a challenge out of fear, Iβm here to tell you that YOUR body can do amazing things if you set your intentions on it. Women are magical and no matter what set back we THINK we may have, we can OVERCOME. We can DO this Queens ππ₯π¦
