So a month ago I started to use creatine and Iβve noticed Iβm tired all the time now. Iβm someone with natural energy, and now Iβm just tired. Has anyone whoβs taken creatine experienced this? Iβm drinking lots of fluids. So far I donβt like it and Iβm going to give it up. Itβs just not for me π

In order for you to pursue your purpose you have to be in a good space, a space of clarity , a space of filling your cup, and most importantly in a healthy space , mentally physically and spiritually !
