Does any one know how to access the daily quotes that always pop up? I get the notification but then it goes away and I’m not able to find it on the app

I absolutely love this challenge. It couldn’t have come at a bettime. I absolutely needed something to get my mind off my daily life. I looked forward to getting the beat down and haunt mind say you can do this about something else for a change. I feel like it paid off, I can start to see a different in my body and I know I just have to keep go. This is truly my motivation. I’ve also started back cycling, so this combination will get me where I need to be. I just have to work on the nutrition part the most. Thanks Fab
