Okay so, real talk.

Whenever I go on vacation, I usually go all in....eatinโ€™, drinkinโ€™, livinโ€™ it UP becauseโ€ฆ I mean, isnโ€™t that what vacation is for!? Trying new foods, having fun, and not thinking twice about it.

But then I come home bloated, a few pounds heavier, and feeling like I need to hit the reset button.

Not this time. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ

I just got back from a full week away, stepped on the scale, and saw I actually LOST weight. ๐Ÿ˜ณ Likeโ€ฆ what!?

Yeah, I moved my body with walks and even a yoga class (shoutout to my vacay self for that one lol), but I also didnโ€™t let go of the healthy habits Iโ€™ve been working so hard to build.

Did I splurge here and there? Absolutely.

But I didnโ€™t spiral.

And for meโ€ฆ thatโ€™s a huge win.

Iโ€™ve gotta say this wouldn't have been possible without the support, tools, and motivation Iโ€™ve gotten from this amazing community. So THANK YOU. Seriously.

Grateful doesnโ€™t even begin to cover it. This journey feels different this timeโ€ฆ and that feels really, really good. ๐Ÿ’–

I enjoy doing my workouts in the mid morning but today it didn't happen. Did it late and even got two workouts in. Strength unleashed week 2 day 2and 3 are โœ”๏ธ

I started these workouts to burn off stress and anxiety. My watch has already alerted me that my resting heart rate has been lower these last ten days ๐Ÿฅณ it's working!

Hopefully I can have a nice booty too!
