Happy Monday queens!

I started my Monday with the Pilates class!! That was a great class, felt the burn the whole time! I always wear my ankle weights during a workout, but in the middle of this class I had to remove those ankle weights! 😁 I’m looking forward to more classes! πŸ”₯

Happy Wednesday Queens !! Wow first of all my clock is out of wack ! It’s literally 3:49am now and I cannot fall asleep ! I don’t know why !

Either way , I wanted to check In with you all . I truly love reading every comment, reading your stories , seeing your food post as well .its truly a blessing to see what we have created !

To all of my ladies , continue to show up ! Continue to push even when the odds feel against you . Take pictures, to compare and see your progress and remember that all progress is not scale victories ! This journey is a very beautiful journey where you discover how powerful you are ! Take a moment to enjoy the journey , the lessons and the discoveries , and before you know it you will have reached your destination !

I watched it as I fly back home from Paris… while I eat some terrible airplane macaroni salad πŸ₯Ί and wishing I could do Pilates right in this isle 🀭

She was super cute, nervous lol but the workout looks intense just how we like it lol. Definitely doing it tomorrow morning .

Made a cup of old fashioned oats and saved 1/2 for tomorrow added frozen blueberries and fresh blueberries with walnuts. It’s pretty good!

Using paper plates because washing dishes is killing me lol.

Good Morning Everyone,

I’m new here. Just want to say I did my first workout since giving birth 7.5 months ago on this Queen Warrior App. So many emotions came through. But it felt amazing to move my body and take an hour for myself.
