Hey Everyone,
I’m currently on an out of town holiday break with my son. I decided to resume my fitness journey 1/6. Before my son I had became a baddie. After I managed to lose a good chunk but gained back and then some out of depression. Hoping to get back to myself by my bday 2/20 :)

Hello lovely Queens👑👑👑
Today I did my first workout with the Queen Warrior app, and it was so fun and it felt so good to be back working out after some weeks off. I do need to get myself some more dumbells tho for those days I will be working out from home. I did a full body workout with Fabiana today. I loved it! ❤️ I can see from the picture that I need to work on getting my squats deeper. So one thing that is a challenge for me is that I'm struggling with PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder). This makes it challenging for me sometimes since I feel so weak and fatique leading up to my period, not to mention the bad mood and feeling so sad. But I really want to get my ass to the gym even on these bad days even if I will not be at my best. I look forward to take you with me to the gym as well. For some reason knowing that I will bring this forum with me in my backpack to the gym will meke me feel less alone, supported and motivated. Knowing we are all in this together improving our bodies and all over health❤️💪🏻🙏🏻 All the best😘

Happy Holiday’s Queens 🥳 I miss working out 😢 I have lupus and struggle with joint issues due to the medicine they had me on years ago. I started working out a year and half ago and have made so much progress! I feel strong and have been enjoying the transformation process thanks to queen warriors. It’s a Miracle Glory to God, I have collapsed knees and a right elbow and to see what the body can do is amazing. For the past three weeks I’ve been having pain in my groin. I thought it was a pulled muscle and come to find out I have no blood going to my hip it’s dead. I’m going in for hip surgery to avoid it from collapsing as well and have been on crutches for a week now 😩 now more than ever I need to stay disciplined with my meals to maintain. Until I can work out again. Please keep me in your prayers queens 🙏 I can’t wait to come back 🙌🏻👑 swipe left to check out some before and after from my journey Thank you Queen warriors for the push and guidance. My birthday is May 6. I want to lose at least 33 lbs.
Starting weight 193.3lbs height 5'4
Goal 160lbs minimum
In the name of Jesus I pray I will be consistent and improve healthier eating habits.
Any mindset advice or low calorie high protein recipes are welcome 😊

My cycle turned me every way but loose and I had to listen to my body and rest. My goals for 2024 were to feel better about myself and get back to the healthier me. Throughout the many challenges this year, I had to dig deeper and find me. Therapy and this community got me through some storms. Regardless of my weightloss, I'm still moving and making myself a priority. I finished Sammi's Strength Unleashed Wk 2 Day 3 and YT aerobic step class.

So I’ve been very proud of myself I’ve been working out so hard since the challenge. I was also fasting. And only ate 1 meal with meat. I started getting dizzy spells. But I lost 10 pounds. Then I was uncontrollably sleepy. I also had a pap that came back with hpv cells even though I was vaccinated as a child. I saw my regular doctor and my gynecologist I get the test results Friday. So in the meantime. My sleepiness and dizziness isn’t getting any better. Well queens turns out I’m pregnant! When I say God sprung this up on me. I’m be been planning things in my life and my goals I’ve been accomplishing. I bought my mom a car recently working on my kids book and nonprofit with my sisters business. My next goal was a house and now bam! So I say this to say pay attention to your body. Don’t get so caught up in life where you don’t pay attention and get so fixated on losing. That was me I was in denial. I was told it was my fasting and turns out it’s a whole baby ! So pray for me I’m high risk all my kids were micro preemies except my last she was just preemie. Can’t believe I’m a be a mom of 4 !

Oh M Gee!! Today is my first day as a member of the Queen Warrior community. I just finished my very first Power workout with Yvona and sisters, let me tell you! I am dripping with sweat! Waaaaay better than the gym in front of a bunch of gawkers! I’m so glad I invested in this. Can’t wait to see my biweekly results.

Hello lovely queens❤️ I'm so excited for this new journey with queen warriors 🥰💪🏻 I have been working out on and off (mostly on) at the gym for some years now without getting all the results I really want, and also I got so bored of my one workout routine as well doing the same thing over and over again😅 I have been lacking motivation lately, and also I have really missed a community to find inspiration, motivation and like minded people. I love working out in the gym, but it will be nice to bring a long the queen warrior app, and also do some workouts from home sometimes as well. I havent been doing a real workout for 3-4 weeks now and that's depressing. Look forward to get back to it!!💪🏻
