I worked out on Monday and Tuesday I woke up Tuesday with my thighs being sore but today omg my thighs is on fire they are so sore so I didnβt work out today. But also my goal is to lose my belly fat my stomach. I am thinking about taking a warm bath to help with the pain.

Hey Queens! This is my first challenge ever and I'm so far behind, lol. The first thing I've noticed that's different about me is my resolve. I've been quick to quit in the past. But I'm tired now: tired of being overweight, of being uncomfortable in my own body, of being a quitter! And now high blood pressure and diabetes are staring me in the face! I'm done! I'm done being unhealthy!! Even though I'm behind, I will NOT quit!! I may not "win" the challenge, but I've already got a prize!! My mind has been renewed Just because I'm behind doesn't mean I'm out! This is for life and I'm soooo proud of me!!
