Hello beautiful Queens! ❤️ just wanted to share this photo, I was in shock when I did the comparison, the first picture was back in April 2023, I started Queen Warriors back in July 2023, the second picture was taken yesterday (1/23/25).
I can only say thank you Queen Warriors because this is all thanks to this beautiful community and couches, all of you beautiful ladies have inspired me, and this is the proof that consistency is everything, I been doing the workouts ever since I started QW, started slowly 3 days per week now I do 5 days and sometimes 2 workouts per day.
I’m excited to continue this journey 🥰 don’t give up ladies! 🥰❤️

Queens remember if you lost motivation, always play the work out and then allow your body to try some out if you get half way that’s progress!!!

I have missed you all. I am proud to see your progress and commitment, congratulations!!
I feel ready to get back to QWs having lost most of my work with the California fires took a huge toll but I need my QW time.
Here’s a picture from Thursday volunteering at a fire station for the firefighters who fought the Eaton Fire in Altadena, California. I need to build strength if I will continue volunteering 💪🏼 let’s do this Queens.

Some how I was able to get my QW workout in before midnight! Thankful for that. I’m on week 3 day 3 of Booty Blaster and same for the Abs course with Fabiana . Those swimmers got me. I closed my workout with a beginner HIIT class with Coach Jamila felt goooood!
I’m one week away from achieving a full thirty days of working out!!!! Unbelievable!

I signed the offer letter for my new position today! It’s funny how everything is just lining up for me… I’m so thankful and happy and appreciative. I never thought I’d be here and I’m literally just getting started.
I was going to change my clothes because I was feeling uncomfortable, fat, and bloated. But I changed my mind. I told myslef to embrace all of me and I look forward to seeing how far I will go in my health journey. This will be the before picture.
Hey Queens / coaches is there any workouts that would be good for innner thighs like Specifically I’m really determined to tone before just shedding and I’m noticing my inner thighs are less toned then my outer thigh any suggestions on that …..

Did abs and booty with Fabi today and yesterday was day four of the abs course and I felt it but let me tell you… today I realized how much Fabiana worked it. These workouts are shedding this old skin helping me step into a stronger more able individual!! I’m almost at 30 days and I have already experience changes I wasn’t expecting. It’s more than just a workout app… I’m telling you!
