I just completed my first workout back since I been off QW for like 3 months. I lost my motivation. But Iβm back. Hope I can keep consistent.
I was not feeling like working out tonight. Picked the kids up from school and decided to push myself. Bettering myself, my body, and my mental for my kids was all the push I need! π«ΆπΎπ«ΆπΎ
She π did not come to play with this workout. I am for sure this workout will be on the next challenge π«
