I just completed Coach Raven Cruz Thursday 2/13 full hour workout & had to share because I feel great & it was an awesome way to start my day!! AND I burned over 400 calories!! π₯ Girrllllll, just do it!! You'll feel great after!! Have a great & productive day Queens!!! ππ€©

Lately I have been looking at myself like ugh π©. I donβt like my stomach. I want it to go away already! Then I remember my body gave birth to 2 kids. I have to give myself grace. Some people canβt have babies. Working in healthcare put life into perspective! Makes you realize that small simple things matter!! So please, give yourself grace, be patient, love yourself, accept the things as they not for what it should be and work hard towards your goal to be where you want to be!!
Day 3 πͺπ½This was a great upper body workout! I know I'll be feeling it tomorrow.
