Happy Friday Queens !!! Wow what an exciting week we just wrapped up !!!! Classes were lit 🔥 We closed the week with coach Jamila Smith doing a dance Step class that was AMAZING !!! Great vibes.

Lots of ab workouts !!! Shout out to all of our coaches that always go above and beyond to bring you the hottest class !!!

Also this week we closed off the LYC- QW 3 Method challenge . 6 weeks of amazing transformation ! Shout out to our top 6 transformations, this was hard but gosh soooo proud !! Shout out to our winners !!!

Good afternoon Besties! I woke up on the lazy side of the bed. I watched the time go by and finally decided to get up and work out I said I was going to just get on the stepper then decided to do "Barre with Yvona Replay 10:30 AM ET (12/06)" that 30 min workout encouraged me to get on the stepper and I needed up doing 1 hour instead of my initial thought of just doing 30 mins.😅😅
