I Was Worried About Not Being Able To Incorporate The Right Foods Due To Not Eating Meat, Dairy nor Eggs. So I've Been Creating Meals While Getting Fit and I Must Say, This Was Delicious 😋 I Added Sauteed Red Onions and Zucchini. Being That I Don't Have A Name For It, I Shall Label It As One Of My 'Get Fit Meals' 🥰😜

Right now, I can’t afford any more situations in my life that drain me, or bring me down. It’s exhausting - mentally, emotionally, and physically and it takes everything I have to recover.

I crave calm, I need peace of mind. My soul is begging for it. Anything outside of that, I simply don’t have the space for it!

Any recommendations on what I should do next? Also considering doing it again and increasing my weights. Thoughts, comments, suggestions?

Haven't done a live workout yet because I tend to forget in the evenings as I prefer to get my workroom earlier.

There comes a time when you get so confident in your fitness journey that you stop checking in with your community—guilty! I fell off from posting my daily updates and didn’t realize how much I missed doing HIIT with Fabi until recently.I had been focused on heavy lifting and machines for almost a year. Yes, I gained muscle mass—but I also lost my abs 😩 (just look at the pic of me in the green shorts—that was ONLY my 2nd week doing HIIT with Fabi!).Lesson learned: NEVER skip Fabi’s HIIT classes again!! 😤😇🥹😂

Take it from me, queens—stay consistent, stay connected, and don’t sleep on the power of HIIT!
