Happy Monday Queens !!!!!!

I had quite a busy weekend, to be honest I didn’t have a chance to workout since I left Saturday and came right back Sunday morning . But when I am unable to workout, I balance my calories with making sure I eating as clean as possible …. And omg can be hard lol. I visited family up north and ya know our food up there is sooo much better !!! Anyway while everyone had burgers, fries, I had a Greek salad with chicken breast and I felt so proud and so good . lol ( thats my weekend highlight ) I focused on eating protein , and reducing anything cheesy or saucy things

Anyway, today is Monday !! Tonight we are GOING IN !!!! Be sure you join me live for our 7:30 pm ET workout .

Ps. You do know the workouts are still 30 mins right ? First 30 mins are a hiit full body workout / 2 min break / 30 min Booty Blaster !

Hello All. New Here. Just Ready To Start My New Fitness Journey.

Hey Queens! I do some of the weekly workouts but I'm looking to start a more disciplined progam and would love you and/or any of the coaches recommendations/expertise. 

I did some research on my own and found that I should consider - circuit-based training (minimal rest between sets) with plyometrics (explosive moves) like jump squats, burpees, Bulgarian split squats and compound movements (multi-muscle exercises).

So I'm trying to put this together on my own with individual workouts or do one of the programs that 1. is tailored for fat loss + sculpting (not just cardio burn), 2. maybe pushes to increase weights or intensity (because I've read that progressive overload is where its at lol), and 3. is focused on waist, glutes, thighs.

 I'm considering Sammi's Strength Unleashed. Have any of you Queens completed it? Did it help you see any results in the four weeks? I'm also watching my calories/macros and my water in take. OR does anyone have recommendations? TIA Queens!

Summer time is around the corner and it’s time we get serious about our workouts !! I was thinking as to why we reach the goals we set for ourselves during this journey and the reality is that , we truly just don’t take this journey serious. We have become super casual about since we have the ability to go back and forth ( eating like crap/ to eating healthy ) ( moving/ to just finding a reason to not workout )

I share this because lately I’ve caught myself, complain about my results, but I have to be honest with myself and remind myself that I dont always take my own journey serious !

So I am here to remind you that if YOU WANT TO SEE RESULTS…. You have to make this journey INTENTIONAL ! Every workout MATTERS !!! Every meal COUNTS… stop finding a reason TO NOT WORKOUT instead find a reason TO CONTINUE TO PUSH AND DO YOUR WORKOUT .

Do the thing, tired/ sleepy, but do them darn thing !!! WE DESERVE TO BE HEALTHY AND FEEL GOOD.
