Just seen Fabi’s instagram story; she had hit key points about being a QW, and how it’s built for busy moms, andddd to grow your glutes, tone, andddd lose weight in specific area us ladies don’t want fat….. so to follow up on that statement…. I am a busy mom of 3, but you see my babies toys all over the place plusssss that glute growth, tone in my arms, legs, and abs……. andddddd what waist!?!?

QW is really giving the results that are advertised idc idc idc.

Hey love. I didn’t have much of a meal plan. Just added and subtracted things out of what i normally eat. Replaced bread with lettuce. No pop or juice. Only water. Eat raw fruits or veggies with every meal. No fried or air fried foods. 🥰

Hey love. Honestly I would say, just pick something random and go for it!!! You’ll figure out what works for you along the way. But when you choose random at first, you don’t over think it, you just do it 😉

Hey love. Thank you. Well what worked for me is, Replacing bread with lettuce. No pop or juice, only water. Nothing fried or air fried. Raw fruit or veggie with every meal and snack.

I cut out bread and only drank water. I replaced bread with lettuce or none at all. Also, no junk foods or processed foods(lunch meat hot dogs). And I legit drank ONLY water. Oh and I would pair either a raw fruit or raw veggie with each meal and snack.
