I’m falling behind life is happening 🤦🏽♀️ but imma finish my last work out for week 1 today and please somebody help me figure out meal options I find myself either trying to eat what I’m suppose to or not at all because I ate anything I wanted it’s hard trying to get everything done with a 2 yr old and 3 month old I’m trying to meal prep but that would only be for my dinner breakfast I just find myself eating two hard boiled eggs every morning and for lunch nothing half the time I try and eat an apple or fruit here and there but I still find myself being so hungry 😩😩😩
