I force myself 90% of the time lmaooo but I do feel so proud and powerful afterwards! It's definitely not easy I give these coaches their flowers for living this lifestyle. Im trying to get on their level. Janary will be one full year of me working out. I dont love it but love the results and love how raven locks me in during class! Listening to her really helps push through!
