Ginger tea! drinking with honey! or garlic tea. It sounds gross but its not that bad and it helps so much. And a nice warm chicken broth soup!

You can do workouts by body areas such as Upper Body, Lower Body, Full Body,I highly recommend you do both HIIT workouts and the Power work outs. it helps so much
