Queens I miss all of you on the live classes working out at night does not work for me.What happen to the day classes I will not be renewing my membership .Thank you for everything Queen Warriors.

I love that yall put sammi workout together. For me the live classes were prefect at 10am.9am is not good for me and to be honest I am struggling with staying engaged with Queens warriors. I have been here from 2022 and create more of these programs is helpful .Do one for people that have hurt themselves and still healing thank you for everything.

Good morning queens I have some issues with the new program format.what happen to the 7 am class and now who started this 9am class .I have been with this program for sometime but i may have to transition for it thank you the great times.
