Nancy, hey Queen, did you get an email mentioning you joined the Summer Challenge? So you have to sign up for the normal membership and then the Challenge is a separate charge to be apart of it.

This last challenge I had both the Multivitamin and Fat burner. I do my workout first thing in the morning, after that's completed I get started on breakfast (protein shake, eggs, toast) and I will take the pills WHILE I'm eating. I personally feel like my results were great with it, I was left with a lot of energy for the entire day/work day.

Yvona can be a little intense from my experience, I'm going to be #teamyvona for this challenge. She typically reminds us that were capable of doing whatever we put our mind to. Nothing is impossible, just be ready to push yourself and feel that slowww burn during her sessions. ❤️

From what I remember of the Spring challenge the calendar was emailed with all the info needed for the challenge which was sent the weekend prior to the challenge starting. So anticipate getting it this coming weekend for the summer challenge.

Hi Queen, the Summer Challenge starts Monday 6/10. The meal guides and first week of workouts will be released over this weekend.

I've also found taking the QW Fat Burner pills with the QW Multivitamin pills helps with bloat big time. I just don't know when the multivitamin will be back in stock.
