If you missed a live and want to run it back right after it finishes, then the replay will upload within an hour after the live session. As for any other replays you are able to play any of them back at any time you'd like to.

You also can partake in the challenge without paying for it, the only downfall with this is you won't be able to have a chance to win the prize money at the end of it.

This last challenge I had both the Multivitamin and Fat burner. I do my workout first thing in the morning, after that's completed I get started on breakfast (protein shake, eggs, toast) and I will take the pills WHILE I'm eating. I personally feel like my results were great with it, I was left with a lot of energy for the entire day/work day.

Yvona can be a little intense from my experience, I'm going to be #teamyvona for this challenge. She typically reminds us that were capable of doing whatever we put our mind to. Nothing is impossible, just be ready to push yourself and feel that slowww burn during her sessions. ❤️

From what I remember of the Spring challenge the calendar was emailed with all the info needed for the challenge which was sent the weekend prior to the challenge starting. So anticipate getting it this coming weekend for the summer challenge.
