I felt every single muscle in my body!!!! Did this class after doing 250 squats and added ankle weights 😭😭😭😭 this ass is about to be juicy! And thank you for being YOU 🥹♥️

I've come a long way! I've lost 40 pounds!!!!!
I still can't believe how good I've done!!!!
I completely lost myself going through postpartum depression! It took forever for me to see the light but when I did, I never looked back! I am beyond proud of myself! Thank you Queen Warrior for being a part of my life 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾
