I never wear sneakers 😅but I did once this week

And I could definitely tell the difference! Better performance and endurance!

I thought we get badges when we do replays workout!!! I didn't get one today 😩

I was feeling like emotional drained, it affected me so much! However, I told myself "we've come a long way to go back" so I got my ass up and got back to take care of ME! And started seeing a therapist 🫶🏾
