Started off the day with productivity and protein

Warm almond milk ๐Ÿฅ› with cinnamon for sleep time ๐Ÿ˜ด๐Ÿ’ค๐Ÿ›Œ

Trying to stay consistent and keep going. Loving the transformation โค๏ธ hubby said my arms ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ & upper body look great because of the Burpees

๐Ÿ’ปBusy ๐Ÿ“Šwork week busy work day!

I was so close to ordering a Pizza ๐Ÿ• when I tell you it has been a hard day. Then I saw ๐Ÿ‘€ QW Insta and I was like snap out of it! I did my QW HITT workout from 5/21 Yesterday, 1 mile walk on my treadmill ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ& made chicken fajitas with corn ๐ŸŒฝ on the cob! I had my night time tea ๐Ÿซ– Tumeric/ginger/memon/cinnamon/honey!

Iโ€™m so ready for bed ๐Ÿ›Œ goodnight everyone! Stay consistent ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ๐Ÿ‘โœŒ๏ธโŒš๏ธ
