🌹🌹🌹Took some time to take care of ME! Did the replay from Yesterday and it was a great one!

Food was great today!

Morning green 🍵 tea and chai tea with 2 hard boiled 🥚🍳 eggs

1/2 avacado🥑 and a cup of strawberries 🍓

Lunch

Chicken veggie soup and some 🥑 guacamole & chips

Dinner - after workout 🏋️

Protein shake & small bowl of chicken soup and 2 steak tacos 🌮 🌮

Yummm - all before 7PM

Going to bed after my

Tumeric 🧡Ginger 🫚 Honey 🍯 tea

🩺💉🩻 Had an eventful day… Mother in Law had shoulder surgery and last minute staying with us.

Had time to make her some chicken soup 🥣 set her up in our guest bedroom. I was going to join the live but was still taking care of her so at 9PM when things settled down I said let me go workout 🏋️ and because the Monday Summer Shred replay was not up yet I did Fridays workout again 💕I felt so good and while I was doing it, I thanked God for all his blessings and allowing me a little bit of time to take care of me.

Loving this program Lets Go Week 3!

It has been a great week 💪🏻🏋🏻‍♀️ working out 🏋️ hit my full week with Tuesday & Thursday running my 3 miles! Today was a killer sweat!

Kicked off morning with

2 eggs 🥚

Protein Shake 🧋

Snacking on fruit 🍉 Jicama & Watermelon yummm

Mexican steak bowl for lunch! 🥗

Happy Wednesday!!!! Had a productive day with some delicious meals!

Morning green tea and chai tea and my yogurt 🍦 with blueberries 🫐 and honey 🍯 yummmm and cafecito for breakfast

Lunch was this delicious ham sandwich 🥪 on low cal bread and sweet potatoes chips!

Some cucumber 🥒 and Jicama with Tajin Yum 🤤

Dinner was mini Burito steak , beans 🫘 avacado 🥑 before my workout

And closing the night with my strawberry 🍓 cinnamon 🤎protein shake 🔥

💐FABI⚡️🔥🩷Loved the workout 🏋️ and the music had me feeling that Latina vibe!!!!

Happy Tuesday 🕶️ started off my day with a “good morning 😭 from Mother Nature “ Uhg the worse 🤷‍♀️

Had my morning breakfast 2 eggs 🍳 turkey bacon 🥓 and 1/2 avacado and it’s my green tea and chai tea and lunch was this delicious 🤤 salad 🥗 after my 3 mile workout 🏃‍♀️💨 on my treadmill. Dinner will be salmon 🍣 with cauliflower rice !

Oh yea and thanks to Mother Nature I had a Tamal 🫔🤗😭🤣

🍋🎀👙🩷☀️SUMMER SHRED ✅ Day 1 complete !

Today’s workout was 🔥 lit! From the atmosphere 🛋️ to Fabis energy ⚡️!

I loved that the workout was consistent and that the chatter ( which I love at the end of the workout ) was kept minimal and focused on reps and seeing Fabi do the work with us.

This structure is so exciting , I love that 🤩 it kept my heart rate up, the sweat 😓 coming down, and the workout flew by! I love that it’s 45 min & The mix of cardio, HITT, power & booty workout all in one was well put together. Love ❤️ love ❤️ loved it!

❓❓❓❓🎀 For the Summer SHRED workouts are they HITT workouts with NO equipment or will we need anything? Dumbells, Risiatance band, bench ???? Just trying to be prepared
