I do my treadmill for 3 miles. But that’s because I love to run! 🏃

Music 🎵 LOVED 🥰 IT the mixes were so good for the “Summer” they sounded like what I hear at the pools and in Vegas 🏊‍♂️🎰

Vibes ⚡️⚡️⚡️ Yes Fabi!!! Loved the scene 🛋️ with the living room. Loved seeing something new than the studio, it was a great studio but seeing you in the living room is more eye appealing and brings more excitement, something to look at 🩷

Fav 🩷 Workout Day 1! Just because it was lit 🔥 with the music and it was the Intro the launch of Summer Shred but they all were amazing!

I love that you do the workouts also and also get out of breath 💨 that means your real 👸

I recommend if possible, adding the workouts on the screen so we know what’s next 🤗 like if there’s a way to add the next move we’re going to do, like burpees then lunges just helps so we know what to prepare for next, if it’s possible 🙌

But honestly Fabi - this new launch 🚀 is freaking amazing, I was literally looking forward to my next workout and making sure I had my times right since I’m central time. The summer vibe is amazing 🤩 keep the “pool” music energy, love the format - HITT & Power ⚡️🔥💪🏻🩷

This is definitely a sign. Thank God you listened to your body. You can definitely lower your numbers! I had pancreatitis a couple years ago and that was my wake up call to make changes ✝️ first to thank God I was alive and survived and 2) Food choices - no rice 🍚 no bread 🥖 no soda 🥤 and 3) working out is my non negotiable 🤗 you got this ✔️ take your medication and take it 1 day at a time.

You got it! The mat is going to be your BFF 💪🏻 I use my faja - sweat belt and got some workout gloves that helps when doing HITT because your hands will sweat 😥 and I would be careful not to injure yourself. I got them at Marshall’s and off SHEIN. SHEIN has so many workout options. Welcome!!!

Love them also!!! Yvonne and Raven classes are my fav to get my morning going because Raven had the 30 min workout and 20 min rest and it was a quick 30 min workout 🏋️ perfect for my morning routine

My advice definitely do not miss tonight’s workout or you’ll feel it worse. Take some time and stretch , there are stretch videos on the app, even if you do it for 15 min. I normally walk 15 min on my treadmill before the workout to warm up, but definitely stretch🎀💪🏻You got this!
