I try and do my treadmill before my workout. I feel like it helps me stretch my muscles πͺπΌ first and then I hit that workout ποΈ love the hot shower πΏ after π©·

Same! Today! Just looked up what is the best workout when your on your period , walking yoga swimming and I always love my teas , green tea π΅ chamomile tea during this time. The timeric with honey π― are great for a craving.
