Insane! I watched it live back when the show was on. I actually started my healthy lifestyle because of that show. My husband and I would always start a challenge with the show like eating better and working out. However, it was crazy to see the behind the scenes! Stay healthy ❤️ let’s do it the right way 🙌

Same! Today! Just looked up what is the best workout when your on your period , walking yoga swimming and I always love my teas , green tea 🍵 chamomile tea during this time. The timeric with honey 🍯 are great for a craving.
