I don’t track calories - I track what I eat

So an example I’ll do this

AM green tea 🍵 yogurt with blueberries 🫐

Lunch 🥗 salad Apple with chicken

Dinner protein shake small cup of pasta 🍝

Workout 🏋️ 45 min
