Just did a work out with Yvona Gonzalez (yesterdays Full body HIIT replay) she is one hell of a coach. My body is on fire. She put me to work and I am not mad at her. She gives you an opportunity to challenge your body. I really enjoyed spending my workout session with her. Looking forward to doing todays Barre class tomorrow. 💚💜#BeastMode
