You can download the Queen Warrior app on your Smart TV. I have a Roku, I’m able to download apps on it. You can also screenshare from your iPhone to your tv and do it that way.

Thank you Fabi! It does help. I definitely tend to be hard on myself when I don’t see results. Idk what it is but I’ve been exceptionally bloated the past two days and it’s kind getting to me. I know my nutrition is off and my mindset about eating healthy may not have been right. I’m going to try to do better. I’ve got to go grocery shopping this weekend. Gonna try to buy Whole Foods and prioritize protein and more water.
