Good Afternoon Ladies, approaching my fourth week, trying to follow a healthy diet, doing my water intake and working out 3x a week. Proud of myself!!

Hey Eunice, thanks for replying. I have tried using the meal prepping apps but it's hard to stay consistent. I am trying to lead towards chicken and fish during the week. I am trying to expand my diet. When I get tired I go back to my unhealthy meals.

Happy Friday Warriors! Just did my 1st workout for the week! Things have been super busy lately, trying to make these workouts more apart of my schedule. Feeling good!

Just finished my first HIT workout for beginners and I am proud to say I got through it! Glad to be apart of this community and this new journey!
