For sure I barely make a live bc of the comfort of replays but I'm a bit skeptical about how moving forward things will be? Like Will we just receive past recordings of workouts I know they'll be one live we can catch the replay for but each coach offers a different styles so I'm wondering how that's going to work out you know it's a lot

So what are everyone's thoughts about the the new changes coming to QW's? 1 live class vs multiple on demand options n etc I'm always nervous about a change with anything I'm super comfortable and used to but Im willing to see how this works out apparently not many Queens are tuning into the lives which takes time and effort to produce as you can imagine *Big Sigh* here goes nothing 🙈

Natasha I'm sure you won't have to be completely put on bed rest or so I hope🙏🏼 remember you can still work arms or do floor glute work everything doesn't have to pause just some things don't be completely discouraged just a small thing to a giant 😉

Go to the ER! First & foremost inquire with the doctor with your limitations I'm sorry this unforseen injury has happened🤦🏼‍♀️but your health is your priority & you don't want to risk it even more keep us updated there will be more challenges in the future don't beat yourself up

Hey Queen I love me my coffee and usually I only have one cup some days I have to have a second cup I have found ways to cut the sugar by adding things that don't have refined sugars so instead of white sugar I'll use coconut sugar or maple syrup instead of the store-bought creamers I'll use the organic heavy whipping cream and create my own cold foam with some vanilla extract cinnamon a little maple syrup for sweetener and that's how I have my coffee I'm a gal who likes to taste coffee more than milk or sugar so I only need but so much and it is like a happy place for me so you know I don't want to cut it out completely If I don't need to, but everybody is different and if You feel how you have your coffee is impacting your results & you're able to you know wean it out then try it see how that works for you how it makes you feel but I have learned to not compromise MY happiness for results because I'm sure the coffee is not going to make a huge impact for ME but that's for you to decide.
