Going thru a heartbreak πŸ’”

Hi Queens I am officially starting 90 days of healing through a heart break. Today is my day#1. This has been a long time coming and although I know it's for my own good it doesn't take away the pain/hurt especially when it ends on a sour note πŸ˜” Recalling those nasty insults that cut so deeply & can never be forgotten & torturing myself with why I allowed this to go on as long as it did. But nonetheless the show must go on. I stood in bed yesterday in pain physically. Enduring a new death all over again. But today came and I was granted the gift of breath/life. I pushed myself to get ready this morning and get thru my day & look at me! Getting thru this day feeling like im bringing myself back to life πŸ™πŸΌπŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ So now for the icing on the cake some movement with my body and then rest. Day by day Queens. It feels so good to type this all out. Keeping it pent up adds to my pain. So if you got this far we got this & thank you πŸ™πŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼will be documenting more of this healing journey I believe it can be helpful to me. & Maybe to someone else πŸ«ΆπŸΌπŸ‘‘β€οΈβ€πŸ©Ή #day1

So what are everyone's thoughts about the the new changes coming to QW's? 1 live class vs multiple on demand options n etc I'm always nervous about a change with anything I'm super comfortable and used to but Im willing to see how this works out apparently not many Queens are tuning into the lives which takes time and effort to produce as you can imagine *Big Sigh* here goes nothing πŸ™ˆ

Day#3 in the bag πŸ’°a day behind but not "behind" feel me? Still getting my steps in nutrition on point hydration is great! I'm also incorporating Barre on some days bc it's a personal challenge for me plus it makes my body hurt in the best way πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ» so yess just wanted to share I'm still in the race hows everyone else doing I'm here for usπŸ«ΆπŸΌπŸ™πŸ»πŸ’ž

Did 30 min Barre (lower body) & a stretch class from 10/13 I believe with Yvonna prepping myself for #LYCCHALLENGE will document measurements tomorrow when I'm able to print out my sheet so excited let's get it!

Y'all pro tip wear your booty bands around the house and on your hot girl/hot mom walks, trips to the market etc for that extra resistance and engagement doesn't hurt rite?

Completed my 1st Barre class of the week with Yvona Gonzalez this was last Fridays class & It just made me remember how much I love the small slow movements what a beautiful practice thanks for sharing your love for Barre & it's benefits like focusing on our feet/ankles that go so overlooked on the daily until we're forced to give it attention I don't want to be given a rude reminder so I'm up for the challenge of incorporating Barre back into my workouts love you my fellow β™‹ πŸ‘‘ πŸ’–
