Hello Queens 😊 I'm excited to be back I was a part of the Queen Warrior group in 2021 went through some stuff and fell off but I'm back! I'm excited to get my body back and maybe connect with some of you Queens. I've been struggling mentally lately and Monday night work out and Last night's workout were my first in about 6 years! I was sweating my 🍑off! Lol! It was so needed and the motivation and positivity from Fabi while working out helped my mental so much! ❤️🥹 Thank you Fabi!😘 Thank you Queens! 😘

Hi!! I'm excited to say this is my first day back I was a part of the queen warriors program a couple years ago and fell off!! I'm excited to be back and putting myself as a priority again! This morning I had oatmeal and a boiled egg for breakfast Lol I'm not sure what to eat just going off of what I already know! If anyone can share the nutrition guide with me that would be great because I think I deleted my email by accident!
