Hi!! I'm excited to say this is my first day back I was a part of the queen warriors program a couple years ago and fell off!! I'm excited to be back and putting myself as a priority again! This morning I had oatmeal and a boiled egg for breakfast Lol I'm not sure what to eat just going off of what I already know! If anyone can share the nutrition guide with me that would be great because I think I deleted my email by accident!
