I’m on month 5 and I definitely remember the feeling of first gaining weight, although I physically felt stronger. I have found that really focusing on macro/nutrient dense foods is helping change my fat to muscle (protein, carbs, fat and fiber). I am 5’7 170 lbs. I have not lost any weight (maybe 5 lbs) however I am a size smaller (size 8 from a 10/12). Still 170 lbs. I also don’t see much diff in pics, but my clothes are fitting differently. I said this to say, don’t focus on weight on a scale. Focus on how you feel and try to quantify in other ways (lifting heavier weight or more reps). Good luck!!
