Queens, help a sista out! I've been staying consistent with my eating (even my built in cheat days 1x/week); and doing at least 3 workouts a week; and typically more (I usually do an hour at least 3 days a week); and it's been almost two months. But I haven't seen any changes. 🤔 If anything I feel like I'm gaining weight. What am I doing wrong? And how do I know how many calories I should be planning for daily? I'm currently planning for 1,700. I'm 5'4" and about 178 lbs.  My goal is to lose weight and remove this pre-diabetes risk!
