Looking for some advice. Iβm needing to lose about 15 pounds of fat which I carry mainly around my midsection. Do I focus first on weight loss, then muscle gain once Iβm at my goal weight. Or do I work on both simultaneously? My metabolism has slowed down so losing weight is taking longer than it has in the past. TIA βΊοΈ
