Does anyone take creatine? If so, Whatβs your experience with it? I keep reading mixed reviews. πlately my measurements have stayed the same and I would like to gain a little more muscle, Iβm not looking to bulk up. Iβve increased weights, I use ankle and wrist weight, I eat good, never skip meals, take my protein powders too. I feel I might need some creatine now, but like I said Iβve read some good and some really bad reviews too about taking creatine. I appreciate any input.
Just wanted to pop on here to share my gratitude for this community! This program has been a blessing for me mentally and physically.
