So after watching the nutritionist class on creatine, I started to observe what I might be doing wrong. I’m going to give creatine one more chance and lower the dosage. I drink plenty of fluids, never ever skip on carbs because like coach Yvonne would always say “carbs are fuil” so I think I might of been taking too much and will try a smaller dosage 🙂🦩
While I’m getting ready for work I’m watching the Pilates replay. I am so looking forward to this workout tonight! I love that we’re in out Pilate queens era 🦩
So a month ago I started to use creatine and I’ve noticed I’m tired all the time now. I’m someone with natural energy, and now I’m just tired. Has anyone who’s taken creatine experienced this? I’m drinking lots of fluids. So far I don’t like it and I’m going to give it up. It’s just not for me 😖
I started my Monday with the Pilates class!! That was a great class, felt the burn the whole time! I always wear my ankle weights during a workout, but in the middle of this class I had to remove those ankle weights! 😁 I’m looking forward to more classes! 🔥
So I took a Pilates class today and omg I am so grateful Yvonne thought us barre! Pilates is no joke, but Yvonne’s barre classes prepared me for today’s Pilates class! 💪🏽👑 I didn’t realize how strong my core really is until I took a Pilates class 👸🏻
Does anyone take creatine? If so, What’s your experience with it? I keep reading mixed reviews. 😕lately my measurements have stayed the same and I would like to gain a little more muscle, I’m not looking to bulk up. I’ve increased weights, I use ankle and wrist weight, I eat good, never skip meals, take my protein powders too. I feel I might need some creatine now, but like I said I’ve read some good and some really bad reviews too about taking creatine. I appreciate any input.
