Oo yes your just starting I’ll be a good month before you even see anything difference if your consistent and Disciplined. With the eating. I use the life sum app and I followed the weight lose meal plan for 3 weeks. Just helps you eat healthier and I didn’t follow most there meals but it helps you calculate your calories and how much carbs fats and protein you should be eating to get to the goal you want to. Also I use the Bobby approved app that helps you find better alternatives to the things we already eat.
