Hey Queen! I was drinking a protein shake for breakfast and added espresso into it cuz I need my coffee in the morning lol and for lunch I would make a chicken wrap using the xtreme wellness wraps and then dinner I would have a protein (either chicken, cod or salmon) and sautéed veggies or make a salad with a vinaigrette dressing and stayed away from carbs for dinner. I also would make hard boiled eggs to bring to work for a snack. I did all queen warrior workouts and then on the weekends I would go for 60 min walks. I tried to do an hour of exercise each day after 1-2 weeks of the challenge even if the workout was 30 mins for that day I would pick another 30 min workout to make it a full hour.

Thank you everyone so much!!! I really gave my all for this challenge and I feel great and have so much more energy now. I still have a long way to go but I’m definitely on my way!! I can’t wait to start the summer challenge 😜
