Hey Queen ! Love the idea. In the morning we tend to have the most energy, so it's a great time to get that extra push, shower and go to work feeling like you already won the day . Regarding your workouts, you can structure it like this ; upper/ lower/ hiit . or you can do which ever body part you feel can use the most work twice exa: lower/upper/lower and maybe hiit as an extra . Also FYI, we are doing our LYC-Renewed challenge which creates a structure workout for you to follow . it's 6 weeks and from there you should get an idea on how to flow . if you are interested in joining, its on the top slide where the lives workouts show up .

Well can I just say you are EXACTLY where you are supposed to be and im SOOOOO excited to have you ! First of all congratulations ! Being a mom is busy and a lot, as life gets busy, make sure you have at least 1 hour 3xs a week to get a workout in . and if the babies are up....... put one on the carrier and using him or her as extra weight . But you got this mama. we are here to support you !! count me in !!!
