I was just telling Matt last night how I haven’t had time to study and he quickly told me “ Are you setting your task w hours of completion ?” Meaning emails : 1 hr ; March planning 1hr ; when you set hours you get to schedule your task and stick to them ☺️

Happy Monday Queen Warriors. Hope everyone had a wonderful Monday !!!! Todays class was Amazing. I am actually still pretty wire from my Celsius drink and the phenomenal workouts we had lol .
I just want to remind you all of how proud I am of every single one you for showing up. This is a very special journey that will challenge you but in return you will discover a side of you that you didn’t think existed.

Hey Queens . Yesterday was amazing !!! To be honest I didn’t eat much, and yet my stomach was not feeling anything of what I eat ! It was painful , the bloat was bad !
But we pushing thru and I’m doing my very own workout cuz I need a little extra push

Girl that way this workout got my booty feeling ……. Lord have mercy !!! This one is a must … and wait did I mentioned I had a DJ with me .. lol and she was crushing it with the house music
