What is a goal you are currently working on this season ?

This is the season of BECOMING ! BECOMING THAT BADDIE , BECOMING HER, BECOMING THE HEALTHY VERSION YOU !

But most importantly BECOMING THE WOMAN THAT GOD CREATED YOU TO BE !!!!

Im in a season of my life where I realize the importance of a VILLAGE !! We need our village, doing it alone is not how God intended us to walk life. So I want you to take a moment and share your goal so together we can hold each other accoutable , and when you are weak we are then strong for you !!!!

Its that time again !!! WE GOING LIVE 7;30PM

And I gotta be honest………

Im lowkey tired today ! Yesterday I ended up going to Starbucks for a cup of coffee in the morning, order a small and somehow they gave me a xl ! Me being the coffee lover that I am, felt like it was a sign from heaven and I took it and drove off lol. I literally drank it all day yesterday until there was no more!

Well long story short, I couldn’t sleep . I was tossing and turning and got a total of 4 hours and 40 mins of sleep ! TERRIBLE !!! But non the less here we are! And rather than quitting or rescheduling we just going to show up and do our workout . I might not be full blown 100% energy but im going to give the best I got !

It’s about showing up! Thats it ! I hope that you show up too .

HAPPY WEDNESDAY QUEENS,

Lately I been feeling a bit down! I been feeling tired ! Im sharing because I want you to know that this happens. Life gets busy, we deal with unexpected situations some of which can be heavy, energy draining etc. But one thing I learned over and over is that working out allows me to release tension ! Working out distracts me from the thoughts that are running a million miles per hour in my mind.

I want you to remember that life is what we make it. We can either let these thoughts take over our life, or we can focus on the things that we can control…. Trustttttttt meeeee its easier said then done .

But these workouts have been a game changer during this season! I put my workout on, put my headphones and lock in !!!

God is good.

Remember we are in control of the thoughts we allow to continue growing!

We are in control whether or not we allow things to knock us of track !!!

Stay consistent Queen ! Motion changes emotion !
