Hey queens, again congratulations on completing week 1. That’s major win! Its important that you celebrate these moments and remind yourself that just 6 days ago, you probably were not exercising as consistent .. or you didn’t have the awareness that you do now…. Remember that Rome was not built in one day. Have grace on yourself, challenge yourself to go harder because you are MORE THAN CAPABLE , speak life into your everyday, and most importantly look at yourself in the mirror and know you are becoming the best version of you ….and sis this is just beginning.
Real quick.. please rest. Rest is crucial to the growth. The magic happens when you are resting. Yes week 2 has been uploaded but worry about it Monday. Eat healthy, sleep good, drink your water,and give your body the rest it needs to tackle Monday full force.

I was just telling Matt last night how I haven’t had time to study and he quickly told me “ Are you setting your task w hours of completion ?” Meaning emails : 1 hr ; March planning 1hr ; when you set hours you get to schedule your task and stick to them ☺️

Happy Monday Queen Warriors. Hope everyone had a wonderful Monday !!!! Todays class was Amazing. I am actually still pretty wire from my Celsius drink and the phenomenal workouts we had lol .
I just want to remind you all of how proud I am of every single one you for showing up. This is a very special journey that will challenge you but in return you will discover a side of you that you didn’t think existed.
