3. Aging is Inevitable, But Quality of Life is a Choice β The choices you make todayβhow you eat, move, and restβdetermine how you feel and function as you age. Prioritize longevity by making health a non-negotiable.
4. Your Body is Either Progressing or Regressing β Just like time moves forward, your body is either improving or deteriorating. Thereβs no standing still. Invest in your well-being now, so future you is grateful instead of regretful.
I dont know how committed you have been this month, but I need us all to recommit, to make a promise to ourselves that we will show up . Make a promise that we will show up TIRED, we will show up AFRAID, SAD, but WE WILL SHOW UP .
