Queen, first let me give you the biggest hug. ❤️You’ve been through so much in such a short amount of time. A breakup, multiple surgeries, and ongoing medical procedures would shake anyone’s confidence.One thing I want you to remember is this: the woman you were didn’t disappear. She’s still there. Right now, she’s just healing.Be patient with yourself. Healing isn’t just physical. It’s emotional and mental too.Start by making one small decision every day without asking for permission. Little by little, you’ll begin to trust yourself again. Confidence is built by keeping promises to yourself.I’m so proud of you for continuing to show up, and it means the world to me that the affirmations and mindset talks have been helping. Keep leaning into them. We’re going to help you find your way back to YOU, one step at a time. You’ve got an entire sisterhood walking beside you. 👑❤️

I completely understand, and I know change can feel unsettling. Our heart has always been, and will continue to be, helping women build consistency through simple, effective workouts and an incredible community.

I’m so happy you’re enjoying it.While we’re still putting the finishing touches on what’s next, I can share that our focus moving forward will continue to be simplicity, consistency, and flexibility. Those three things have been at the heart of the incredible feedback we’ve received.You can expect structured programming, strength training, and clear guidance so you always know what to do next, without feeling overwhelmed.

We’ll continue listening closely to our community and using your feedback to shape what’s ahead.As for workout lengths, equipment, and future formats, we’re intentionally taking things one season at a time. During our workouts, I always mention if you have a bench to use it, if not you can use your couch chair etc . We want to make sure every addition serves our members well and aligns with the vision of keeping Queen Warriors simple, effective, and sustainable.
