Love the advice giving above . If you like the weight great , let’s focus on power workouts , lifting and increasing when you can ! Also protein is key, you want to make sure you are having enough protein to help you keep the muscle you have and then help you build .

Hey Queen I would adjust your nutrition. How is your nutrition , are you currently tracking ? If not, that would def help to start seeing the difference. Even making adjustments to your everyday meals such as adding more protein, healthier carbs, veggies, etc , drinking water , and defitnly sleeping 7-8 hours

Hey babes , its ok to feel it in your legs. You do also want to feel it in your glutes. Where are you feeling it ?

Remember that even when working out glutes, we are still using other muscles in our legs as secondary
