Hye Queen !!! All the suggestions are GREAT !!! I would first start off with doing the low impact alternative, listen to your body, add extra love and stretching, knee braces are great , and the thick padding is helpful .

Listen to you body, pay attention to how your knees feel, dont force movements that don{t feel comfortable . Remember that the more consistent you become with the journey, the better and stronger your knee will become !
