Hey babes, I honestly would keep a food journal to see whats causing it . Alsooooooooo stretching, and working out helps to relax your gut . Sometimes bloating may be due to gasses, or not having a bowel movement daily .

Start your morning with organic apple cider vinegar ad room temp water. Save your coffee till after breakfast .

If you drink carbonated drinks try to reduce as they also tend to cause bloating .

The post partum journey is special in so many ways because honestly we are force to be patient, to have grace, because now we have a tiny human right by our side .
