Hey babes, great question. Love that you want to incorporate more barre and Pilates classes. This combination is fairly new to QW as we have filmed more barre classes. I don’t know if we have that many begginer level barre classes, but I would start with Barre, 30 minutes and build up. Trust me its challenging as heck lol , do as much as you can even if its just 15 mins, then focus on just constantly showing up . You will begin to see your body adapting and you being able to do them fo longer .
