Hey queen, hiit , is high interval training, targets all body parts using nothing but body weight ,no equipment. Power is Queen Warriors version of Strenght training . These workouts use dumbbells, kettlebell etc and a bench

Hey queen have you done an in body scan? They usually have them at some supplement story, gyms or even orange theory ( i know you have to pay there ) Sometimes, the scale doesn’t move as fast as we want it , but don’t overlook your body composition changing . That’s a very important piece. The scale doesn’t take into consideration muscle and fat loss, it just weights everything all in one place . I would also recommend that you take before and after pictures … omg that work wonders.

Great answer Krystal. So where do you start …… great question . Honestly 3xs a week is a great balance. If you have never worked out, check out this program . Here is a beginner level program and perfect to get you started. You just follow the days that are schedule for week 1 . Fit them wherever in th week as long as its completed before Sunday . After you completed this program, if you feel confident to do intermediate go for it , and if you dont no worried, you can go to the fitness level and do any classes listed under beginner. You can do full body ; lower body; upper body or lower body and upper body (2xs a weeks)

Most of our live classes are intermediate and advance , but I promise you are going to crush it !!!! Welcome babes
