Hey Queen, to be honest saggy skin is at times inevitable . But there are things we can do to reduce our skin from sagging. Here are a few tips :
Drink plenty of water . Hydration is key specially for our skin.
Add collagen to your smoothies, coffee, etc
Focus on loosing weight SLOW . Don’t rush the process of go into an extreme calorie deficit .
Focus on high protein. Protein will help you build muscle during this journey . ( 1gram of protein = 1 lb of body weight )
Weight training is key … and increase dumbbell weight when you can
