If you're looking for something specific (like a certain coach, class type, or body focus), just tap the magnifying glass icon 🔍 in the bottom menu to use the Search feature.You can then search by keywords, or use filters to select by coach, class type (HIIT, Power, Core, etc.), or level.

From there you can access more advance workouts. In the meantime, definitely increasing your weights is a BIG PART .

Hey girlie, I dont’ have a specific process, I first pray about it . When you have fear, faith is missing . Fear is a very scary place to b in because it will blind you of the reality of things, and at times won’t allow you to fully execute because you are unsure of every move.

I pray about it first and focus on removing any negative thoughts regarding the situation. Take a moment and sit with it and invision it as its already happening .
